Valley Catholic (3-0) jumped out to a quick 28-0 lead in the first quarter and never looked back in their final non-conference tune-up before heading into Cowapa league play. Senior QB Aidan Welsh (photo left) threw touchowns to 4 different receivers and amassed 145 yards passing in the first half before being taken out. Welsh also ran for 28 yards and a score as the Valliants had no trouble moving the ball against a Madras team which was clearly outmatched from the start.
