The St. Mary’s Crusaders are coming off a 6-4 season and a second place finish in Southern Cascade League play. One key aspect to that team was senior standout and preferred walk-on at Oregon State Bryce Bramscher.
Entering the 2017 season, the Crusaders will be looking to replace Bramscher and 8 other seniors. One key piece that will return to the St. Mary’s roster is junior running back Gavin Rajagopaul, who tallied over 950 yards of offense and 13 touchdowns last year.
Being a young team with inexperience, head coach Jamie Young just wants the guys to go out, execute and keep progressing, but the players have bigger goals for the end of the season.
