High school cheerleading state championships Saturday
The OSAA / OnPoint Community Credit Union Cheerleading State Championships are scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 9 at Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Portland.
More than 1,000 cheerleaders representing squads from 81 Oregon high schools will compete for titles in six divisions.
The morning schedule begins at 8:50 a.m. The afternoon schedule starts at 1:45 p.m. Each will conclude with all-state team performances and awards presentations.
Tickets, available at the Rose Quarter Box Office, are $14.50 for adults and $9 for students.
All seating is general admission. Doors open at 8:15 a.m.
