PREP WRESTLING: Crater and North roll in duals

Crater rolled to a pair of lopsided dual-match victories in a three-way meet that included Ashland and North Bend on Thursday.
The Comets trounced Ashland, 78-6, and North Bend, 75-6. North Bend got a victory over Ashland, 49-22.
Crater recorded eight pins against North Bend and seven against Ashland.

Will Anderson added a pin in 50 seconds at 182 for the Black Tornado, while Devin Crenshaw scored a 3-2 ultimate tiebreaker decision in overtime at 285 over Marshfield’s Alvaro Ruiz.

EAGLE POINT 42, PHOENIX 38: At Phoenix, Eagle Point’s Jesse Cayo sealed the dual-meet victory for Eagle Point with a fall in the next-to-last match.
Cayo pinned Dane Johnson in 5 minutes, 37 seconds at 170 pounds for six points and a 42-32 lead. The match began with the 195-pound class.
Eagle Point also got falls from Danny Patterson (126), Dylan Dahling (132), Bradey Thrash (138) and Marc Milazzo (195).
