San Francisco 49ers sign former Oregon prep star David Mayo

The linebacker and former Scappoose High School star signed a two-year deal to join the 49ers, the team announced Thursday.
Ahead on the Lithia Superstore Games of the Week -- High School Football returns Friday, August 28. Lakeridge at North Medford; Nelson at Grants Pass, South Medford at Oregon City. All at 7 pm. Also, high school volleyball and boys and girls soccer. Check schedule for specific dates and times.
