Meet Jessa Perkinson, the distance runner who added to her distinction as the most decorated athlete in Southern Oregon University history, becoming a 10-time All-American with a runner-up showing in the NAIA cross country championships. The senior’s time was 17:20 for 5,000 meters and gave her the Raiders best finish in history for the third straight season.
