Vicente Borja, the North Medford Black Tornado wide receiver and defensive back, celebrated National Signing Day by putting his signature on a letter of intent to be student athlete playing football at Southern Oregon University.
Family, friends, coaches and fans crowded the North Medford signing event to wish him well in his new adventure at SOU.
