West Linn’s Payton Pritchard gets national stage
PORTLAND – The 19th Nike Hoop Summit returns to Portland’s Moda Center on Saturday, April 9 at Noon. The game will be televised nationally on ESPN2 and features Oregon bound Payton Pritchard from West Linn. The extraordinary point guard, a 3x state Player of the Year and 4x State Champion, becomes the 7th Oregon prep to be invited to play in the Nike Hoop Summit. All six previous players went on to successful college/NBA careers, including four that won NCAA titles (Terrance Jones and Kyle Wiltjer at Kentucky and Kyle Singler and Mike Dunleavy Jr. at Duke).
