Grant high school duo post impressive marks at Cotton Invitational
Two seniors from Grant High School in Portland led the way as the Oregon high school outdoor track and field season heated up with an array of top times and distances. Stanford-bound Ella Donaghu (left, winning the 2013 TRL District Cross Country race) won three events at the Cotton Invitational last Friday night, all in state-leading times. Not to be outdone, Arkansas-bound Harrison Schrage won four events for the Grant boys, including two state leading marks. They were not the only top performers of the week, as many athletes around the state took advantage of the first week of great weather to set their own top marks.
