Vashti Cunningham stars on Day 2 of USA Indoor Championships
PORTLAND – The second and final day of the 2016 U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championships attracted a near capacity crowd to the Oregon Convention Center on Saturday and the announced 5,244 spectators were not disappointed. 18-year old Vashti Cunningham put on an unbelievable performance in the women’s high jump, breaking numerous records and thrilling the boisterous crowd, on her way to her first senior national title.
