SUPER SOPHS LEAD RAMS TO WIN AT MT. VIEW

Not one, but two Central Catholic Sophomores nearly single-handedly beat Mt. View (Bend) Saturday in a non-league Inter-Divisional game in central Oregon.

Remember these two names for the next 2 seasons of Oregon Prep Baseball; Sammy Muskat (P) and Ronnie Rust (Catcher).

Both led the way for the Rams of the Mt. Hood Conference to blank host Mt. View, 13-0. The Rams won the afternoon-cap game, 13-0, too.

In Game-1, Muskat had 6 strikeouts thru 5 innings of work, as Rust belted a 2-out solo home run that started the scoring birage by Central Catholic forcing the ‘mercy rule’ after 6-innings of play.
